Please read these Terms carefully before using CVSorting. By accessing or using CVSorting.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use CVSorting. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement or have obtained appropriate parental or guardian consent.
2. Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please ensure your account information remains accurate and up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. License & Usage Restrictions
CVSorting grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose. You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or distribute any part of the platform software
- Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes
- Reproduce, resell, or redistribute platform content without prior written permission
- Upload content that violates any applicable law or third-party rights
4. User Content
By uploading CVs or other documents to the platform, you grant CVSorting a limited license to process that content solely to provide the requested services. You retain full ownership of all data you upload. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
5. Intellectual Property
All platform content, features, branding, and underlying technology are the property of Arfitect and its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to CVSorting's intellectual property beyond the limited license described above.
6. Subscription & Payments
Subscription plans and pricing are described on our Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. You may also withdraw consent for specific data uses at any time by contacting us.
8. Data Privacy
We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with GDPR and KVKK. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
9. Service Availability
CVSorting is provided on a best-effort basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any service interruptions.
10. Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us may be used to improve our services without any obligation or compensation to you.
11. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
CVSorting is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arfitect is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
13. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of İstanbul, Turkey.
